Every piece of Black Death Candy is crafted with care; designed to deliver the sour experience we’re known for. Because our products are edible and made in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.  

This policy protects the integrity of our products and ensures that every customer receives candy that has never left our control.    

    

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  

To help us review your case, please include:  

  • Your order number  
  • A clear photo of the outer shipping box  
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging    

We pride ourselves in reviewing issues carefully and determining the proper resolution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund. If the issue occurred during shipping or was an error on our end, we’ll take care of it!    

    

Product Variations

Our candies are handcrafted confections. Slight variations in coating, color, texture, or shape may occur and are part of the process.  

We do want to mention that sour intensity is personal. What feels intense to one person may feel manageable to another. We do our best to describe each product clearly so you can make an informed choice before purchasing.

 

Non-Returnable Items  

For food safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Cosmetic differences that do not affect product integrity
  • Personal preference, including flavor or sour intensity  

Once edible products leave our care, they cannot be returned or resold.
