At Black Death Candy, every order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition we intend. Because our products are handcrafted and prepared in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

We do our best to ship orders promptly while maintaining attentive to each and every batch produced.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and always work carefully to prepare each order as quickly as possible.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reliable delivery services depending on destination and availability.

Once your order ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number with all transit details to keep track of your package.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout are based on carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

While most packages arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or seasonal shipping volumes.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, particularly when using automated payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, etc. 

If you notice a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible. In these cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to explore available options. If you need further assistance, please do reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will gladly help guide you through the next steps with the carrier.

While shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once a package leaves our facility, we are always happy to assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
